Zachs class is hands down my favorite class of the week. A class that not matter how hard it is makes you leave wanting more!! Zach ALWAYS delivers with new Pilates moves (on and off the reformer) that will keep your body shaking and sore for days. Not only does Zach challenge your body to move and bend in ways you never thought imaginable – he also has such a calming force about him that makes you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire class. Beginner to advanced and everything in between Zach’s class makes you feel like the best most strongest version of yourself and for that I thank you Zach!!
Zach gave me abs. I can say a billion great things about all of his classes, and him as an instructor and friend, but most importantly, zachs classes bring you the results that you hope for when you start working out. I met him taking his mat pilates classes at equinox 2 years ago. He’s the only instructor who makes me work so hard, want to punch him in the face while I’m doing mountain climbers, or holding yet another plank- yet somehow has me laughing the entire time. I’ve tried what feels like every boutique fitness class in all of New York City and Zach is really just a level above everything else. If you want to see your hard work pay off while laughing and smiling through it all (with a killer playlist every time as an added bonus), he’s your guy.
Zach is legit everrryyything I’ve been looking for in a trainer in NYC. His technique will leave your body burning like hot lava. His personality is straight fire + will leave you entertained + distracted when your body wants to give up. His playlist makes you want to shake yo groove thang + push yourself harder. He is A+++++ on ALL fronts! He is transforming my body to be snatched in areas I didn’t even know was possible. Do yourself a favor + get in his classes or even better book him for private sessions ASAP!!! Your body will thank you.
I have known Zach for over 7 years. He has been training me for the past 4 years and every session is different from the last. From pilates to strength training he has pushed me to get in the best shape of my life and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to form and creative sequences.
